Oh, I so totally do that.
You can add it to the pot roast you're cooking too, or to gravy. Gives you the pretty brown color w/o that fake coloring shit.
Ooh, I am so doing that next time I make a pot roast. So when am I putting the coffee in? When I add the water before it goes in the oven? Sometime after when I make the sauce?
